Description: Polygon GIS feature class of the Greater Lanseria Masterplan” (GLMP), as outlined in the Spatial Development Framework 2040 (2024). The Greater Lanseria Masterplan becomes part of the SDF, adhering to all land use requirements (heritage, environment, etc.), as well as the stipulations of SPLUMA, consistent with all land use policies considered as part of this SDF. Applications will be supported provided that bulk infrastructure is available through funding mechanisms linked to the plan and that infrastructure is budgeted for. This does not refer to bulk infrastructure that would enable single developments to occur but rather to the bulk infrastructure necessary to realise a holistic vision for Lanseria (as detailed in the master plan).
